Edgewater suites have eight luxury executive accommodations on two waterfront properties ranging from a studio kitchenette, one bedroom, two bedrooms and four bedroom accommodation. Each Edgewater suites Cold Lake unit is fully equipped and furnished with all the amenities required for your stay, including high-end linens, top of the line kitchenware, Napoleon BBQs, flat-screens (entertainment packages such as Netflix, Youtube, etc.), access to a personal gymnasium.

The properties are on mature landscape with trees, perennials and shrubs. Waterfront decks with comfortable furniture and adaron heck chairs.

This was the best vacation we have had in awhile. It was a splurge for our family to book this place but it was worth it. We have two kids - a 3 year old and 1 year old and we rented the front 3 bedroom suite.

We rented the two bedroom suite overlooking the lake with a covered porch. The space was clean, tidy, stocked with the basic supplies that you need. Russ replied quickly to our initial request and additional questions. A great place to stay for families and close to lots of outdoor and indoor parks. I strongly recommend!!

The Edgewater suites Cold Lake Cottage and Suites did not meet our (Website hidden by Airbnb) FAR EXCEEDED them! The pictures almost don't do the place justice - the two bedroom suite is spacious, the kitchen is amazing, and the view is spectacular.

AMAZING!! Russ and Ketta are the most wonderful and welcoming hosts. Everything was top notch and they surely went above and beyond. The property is lovely and very well maintained in addition to be perfectly located to enjoy Cold Lake. Can’t wait to plan next trip back to stay at Edgewater. ❤️

My partner and I had an excellent stay at Russ' property in Cold Lake. Russ was kind enough to upgrade us to the 1 bedroom suite, which was fantastic! The property is beautiful, and right on the lake, which is pristine. The suite itself is very well thought out, quiet, and clean, and very comfortable with everything you need.
